MasFood 101 Instant Tom Yam Paste Nyonya Style Paste


Net Weight  : 200gm

INGREDIENTS:
Garlic, Shallot, Lemon Grass, Chilli, Tamarind Juice, Lemon Leaf, Salt, Sugar, MSG (E621), Preservative(E211)
and Vegetable Oil.
 
PREPARATION:
800ml (4 bowl) water, 1 packet Masfood Instant Tom Yam Paste, 2 nos. tomatoes, 1 clove garlic (crushed), 1 nos. shallot (crushed), 1 sprig coriander, 6 nos. red chillies (crushed), 3 nos. prawns, 3 nos. cuttlefish and 1 nos. chicken breast (cooked).
 
COOKING METHOD:
1. Tear the cooked chicken breast into shreds. Set aside.
2. Boil 4 bowls of water in a pan. Add in tomato, garlic and shallot. Then, cook about 10 minutes.
3. Add in Masfood Instant Tom Yam Paste, cooked chicken breast, coriander leaves, red chilli, prawn and cuttlefish. Then, cook about 3 minute. Serve.
 
RAMUAN:
Bawang Putih, Bawang Merah, Serai, Cili, Jus Asam, Daun Limau, Garam, Gula, MSG (E621),
Pengawet(E211) dan Minyak Sayuran.
 
PERSEDIAAN:
4 cawan air, 1 paket Masfood Perencah Tom Yam Segera, 2 biji tomato, 1 biji bawang putih, 1 biji bawang
merah, 1 pokok ketumbar, 6 biji cili merah, 3 ekor udang, 3 ekor sotong dan 250g daging dada ayam (sudah dimasak).
 
CARA MEMASAK:
1. Hiriskan dada ayam yang sudah masak.
2. Didihkan 4 cawan air. Masukkan tomato, bawang putih dan bawang merah. Masakkannya lagi selama 10 minit.
3. Masukkan Masfood Perencah Tom Yam Segera, dada ayam yang sudah masak, daun ketumbar, cili merah,udang dan sotong. Kacau rata dan masakkannya selama 3 minit. Hidangkan semasa panas.
