Hock Cheow Vermicelli

Ingredients:
Wheat Flour, Water and Salt.

Serving Suggestion:
  1. Vermicelli With Soup: Add vegetable (and meat) with salt boilling water. Put vermicelli and simmer with stirring for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
  2. Fried Vermicelli: Put the vermicelli into boilling water and simmer with stirring for 2 minute remove from heat and pour away the hot water and flush. The vermicelli is fried together with vegetable (and meat). Remove from heat and serve immediately.
