HK STEAM PASTE Nanyang Chinese Cuisine Series Paste

INGREDIENTS:
Soya Sauce,Yeast Extract,Caramel(E621),Salt,Preservative(E211).
 
PREPARATION:
700gm fish ,ginger(cut into small strips)and a little cooking oil.
 
COOKING METHOD:
1)Clean the fish then put it on a plate.Aftler that, putit into a steamer and steam it for about ten minutes.When the fish has been cooked out, drain the steamed water from the plate. Set aside.
2)Heat the wok and oil then stir-fry ginger until golden colour.After that,pour it on top of the fish.
3)Finally ,heat MASFOOD HK STEAM PEASTE and pour it onto the plate .you can serve it hot.
*MASFOOD HK STEAM PASTE also can be used to cook tofu ,sand pot chicken rice and other Chinese cuisine.
 
RAMUAN:
Sos Soya,Ekstrak Yis,Carmel(E150),Air ,Gula, M.S.G(E.621),Garam,Pengawet(E211).
 
PERSEDIAAN:
700gm ikan,halia(dipotong menjadi jalur kecil),dan sedikit minyak.
 
CARA MEMESAK:
1)Bersihan ikan dan masukkannya bersama plat ke dalam pengukus ,kukuskannya kira-kira sepuluh minit. Apabila ikan dikukus ,toskan airnya daripada plat itu.Ketepikannya seketika.
2)Panaskan kuali dan minyak,masukkan halia dan kacaukannya sehingga warna keemasan.Tuangkan minyak dan halia itu ke atas ikan yang telah dikukus itu.
3)Panaskan PERENCAH STIM HK MASFOOD dan tuangkannya ke atas ikan yang telah dikukus itu .Hidangkannya semasa panas.
*PERENCAH STIM HK MASFOOD juga boleh digunakan untuk memasak tauhu , nasi ayam periuk pasir dan lain-lain cara masakan Cina.
